Simplr appoints the lorries as its US PR agency of record

Browse

The lorries have become the US PR agency of record for Simplr, the conversational experience platform provider for the NOW CX era. They will roll out a media relations campaign focused on building awareness of Simplr’s intelligent solution among business operations and customer service decision-makers within the retail, e-commerce, food service and technology industries across the US.

Content creation will be central to the lorries’ PR program, which will be led from the agency’s Boston office. A key focus of the program will be to build the thought leadership profiles of Simplr CEO Eng Tan and CMO Daniel Rodriguez and promote their expertise following the launch of their new book, Experience is Everything, which highlights the rapidly changing expectations of the “NOW consumer.” The lorries will also work to boost Simplr’s brand awareness nationally to help businesses navigate the complexities of delivering a superior service at a time when the demands of today’s consumers are struggling to be met. Businesses are facing a perfect storm of supply chain issues, an evolving pandemic, and increasing consumer spending, and the lorries will help Simplr educate the market on best practices for delivering a superior customer experience.

“The lorries have a rich heritage of successfully building brands in competitive markets, making them the perfect partner as we seek to strengthen our position with our target audiences,” said Jason Fidler, head of PR and strategic comms at Simplr. “Having previously worked with the lorries, I know first-hand the dedication, creativity and market insights they will bring to our campaign. We have every confidence that the team will deliver an impactful PR program to help take our business to the next level.”

“We all know how important delivering a superior customer experience has become in light of the pandemic,” said Meredith L. Eaton, director of North America at the lorries. “As an innovative, forward-thinking brand, Simplr is empowering companies around the world to solve their biggest CX challenges and stand out from their competitors. We can’t wait to start telling its story.”
