Europe’s first FemTech accelerator appoints the lorries to help pioneering female health and wellness start-ups craft their stories and take their products to market.

Full-service tech PR and marketing agency Red Lorry Yellow Lorry is excited to join forces with FemTech Lab to help raise awareness of the brand and its talented co-founders within the healthcare and business verticals. The partnership with Europe’s first independent FemTech focused accelerator highlights the agency’s longstanding commitment to driving diversity and inclusion in the tech sector.

FemTech Lab encompasses products related to female health and wellness, as well as personal finance and education solutions designed to empower women. It takes cohorts of ten carefully selected start-ups through a twelve-week program covering product development, go-to-market strategy, finance and more. Participating start-ups receive guidance from experts within organisations including the NHS, Google, and Babylon Health.

The lorries can now also be added to this list. The agency’s UK director Hannah Patel will act as an advisor on the program, providing mentorship and support related to PR and marketing.

Speaking about the partnership, Hannah said: “We can’t wait to hit the ground running and start providing PR, communications and brand-building support to FemTech Lab, as well as running 1-2-1 coaching sessions and office hours for the spring 2021 cohort of start-ups. We’re feeling inspired by this cohort and are excited to play our part in getting game changing female health and wellness businesses – which have traditionally been underfunded and underprioritised – off the ground.”

FemTech Lab’s co-founders, Karina Vazirova (a product strategy, UX, AI and automation expert) and Katia Lang (a serial entrepreneur and fintech influencer), added: “We’re excited to join forces with Red Lorry Yellow Lorry. As a leading b2b technology agency with a global footprint, it is perfectly positioned to support our founders in developing their story and message. We know the lorries share our passion for raising the profile of women’s health and wellness technology and that they’ll give our start-ups the support and guidance they need to navigate this crowded landscape.”
