Falcon recently won the Facebook Innovation Spotlight award in the “Personalized Marketing to Scale” category, based on its work with global retailer Flying Tiger Copenhagen. Driven from our Boston office, the communications campaign will focus on building brand awareness and thought leadership around Falcon’s innovative approach to customer experience management. The campaign will also support Falcon’s U.S. growth goals, helping to recruit employees in its New York City office.
