London, UK, October 2010: Banque PSA Finance have called upon the lorries to help improve their written and spoken customer communications. We’ll start by doing a detailed health check of their written and verbal communications of their customer services team to access where their customer communications are. We’ll then design bespoke workshops, refresh written templates and create a good writing toolkit to make sure their customers are kept happy.

We’ll create guidelines to help set the benchmark for a new SBHG tone of voice and show them how to implement and embed it across their writing to tenants.
