We led a centralised, multi-territory branding and communications campaign to shift the perception of LogMeIn from a remote IT provider to a global cloud connectivity leader. We developed and implemented strategies to promote individual business lines – spanning UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, India, Singapore and Malaysia. Our UK office hubbed content and campaigns, and delivered them simultaneously in key international territories through our Convoy partner agency network.
We highlighted M&A news with focused media relations, and gained product recognition through an extensive awards program. We developed story angles specific to regions and products. And we used newsjacking, creative integrated campaigns, research reports and opinion articles to build the LogMeIn brand and its individual product lines worldwide.
Our centralised service model allowed us to control messaging and reporting, and manage international partner agencies for seamless and consistent cross-continent activity. Automated campaign processes and streamlined briefs and approvals enabled quick go-to action in local markets through one point of contact.
We beat coverage targets by 150% across all retained regions and tripled tier-one earned coverage.
Our awards program resulted in LogMeIn being a finalist in every award submitted. They won 80% of those entered, including Best Mobile App for Business and Best Software as a Service Provider (V3 Awards), IoT platform of the year (IoT Awards), and Best Collaboration Product (Computing Vendor Excellence Awards).
Our news-jacking program generated +300% inbound tier-one press enquiries. And a ‘re-use and share’ thought leadership program generated a four-fold increase in web traffic.
