We’re proud to announce we have been selected by Falcon.io to manage their US PR operations. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Falcon’s award-winning customer experience management platform gives brands the ability to easily manage social media listening, engagement, and publishing, while also building more comprehensive customer personas. By connecting these personas to CRM and landing page data, brand managers have the power to truly connect with customers on a deeper level. Falcon recently won the Facebook Innovation Spotlight award in the “Personalized Marketing to Scale” category, based on its work with global retailer Flying Tiger Copenhagen. Other Falcon customers include L’Oreal, Carlsberg, Coca Cola and Nintendo.

Driven from our Boston office, the communications campaign will focus on building brand awareness and thought leadership around Falcon’s innovative approach to customer experience management. The campaign will also support Falcon’s U.S. growth goals, helping to recruit employees in its New York City office.

“We were impressed by the Red Lorry Yellow Lorry team’s deep knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, as well as their creative ideas,” said Jillian Falconi, vice president of marketing at Falcon.io. “When the time came to select an agency to support our North American brand expansion efforts, we saw the lorries as an ideal partner to help us reach our goals.”

Rob Ettridge, partner at Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, added: “To help build loyalty and protect brand reputation, today’s marketers have to fully understand their customers’ buying journeys. These have become more difficult to map due to social media and other fragmented engagement channels. The innovation and unique features behind Falcon’s platform solve many of the challenges North American brand managers are struggling with. We’ll be looking to communicate to the US market the special difference that Falcon is already bringing to global brands.”
